All orders over $65 has free shipping.

Orders will be dispatched within 7 working days after the order has been received.

Refund:

At Teesta Valley Exports, we strive to maintain the highest standards of tea quality and service. However, even with the best intentions, things can go wrong.

If you have a complaint please contact us immediately to report the matter, quoting your customer invoice number. Our policy requires you to return the tea or product in its orginal packaging, for examination and testing. If the tea or product is found to be unsatisfactory as claimed, the tea or product will be replaced, at no cost to the customer, or a refund will be given.

Orders cannot be cancelled after they have been shipped

Refunds will be applied to the original credit card used unless otherwise specified and can take up to 10 business days depending on financial institution
